2 long hills today, but Lucy’s reassured to finally have a 14 nautical mile day back, as well as crossing 88 degrees to hit the 80% done mark.
Frenetic evening for Lucy in the tent as she’s back in the solo tent for the next couple of days so there’s more activity to be handled in the evening with snow melting, eating, making dinner, more eating.
Good days conditions yesterday (hence the good distance) but the sun went behind clouds as they hit camp and the temperature immediately plummeted to 30 below. As we signed off messaging last night she was keeping herself company with hot chocolate and West Wing episodes on her phone.
