I believe that we have everything we need inside us.  We are the sum of our experiences and our environment and only we can truly know what that means for who we are and what we do.

By asking questions and offering insights, I will help you draw on your own experience and inner support network to remember that you can handle whatever may come your way. The aim is for you to walk away with actionable next steps or ways of being to help you on your own path.

My time in Antarctica didn't make me a different person- I am still me.  I still walk into doors and tables and often feel like doing nothing but sitting in front of the TV.  What it did give me was time to think and really understand who I am, what I am good at, what I don’t like and what I can offer.

The good news is, you don’t have to go all the way to Antarctica to get this time to think you just need to prioritise giving yourself that time.  And, just like me on an outdoor adventure a guide or coach can help you make the most of that time.
